Shipping Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026. This policy explains order processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, and tracking for orders from Hooshmand Antique Watches.
Order Processing
Standard Delivery
after shipment
Customers should allow approximately 4–10 business days from the time an order is placed to the time it arrives.
1. Overview
Every watch, clock, and piece of jewelry is inspected and carefully packaged before it leaves the shop. This policy covers how long that takes, how shipments are handled, and what to expect from the time an order is placed to the time it arrives.
2. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Processing includes a final inspection of the piece, secure packaging, and preparation of any accompanying papers or documentation before it ships.
3. Delivery estimates
Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination. Combined with order processing, customers should allow approximately 4–10 business days from the time an order is placed to the time it arrives.
These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods can occasionally extend delivery times.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the value of the item, the destination, and the carrier service selected, and are shown before an order is completed. Given the value of the pieces involved, signature confirmation is typically required on delivery.
5. Order tracking
A tracking number is provided once an order ships, so its progress can be followed to your door. If a tracking number hasn't arrived within the processing window above, reach out and it will be looked into directly.
6. Packaging & insurance
Watches, clocks, and jewelry are shipped in protective packaging appropriate to the piece, and shipments are insured for their full value while in transit.
7. Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If a shipment is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact the shop right away. Because shipments are insured, these situations are handled directly and are not the customer's cost to bear.
8. In-store pickup
Orders can also be picked up directly from the shop at 9025 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, avoiding shipping altogether. Select this option at checkout or mention it when placing an order, and you'll be notified once the piece is ready.
9. Contact us
Questions about an order or shipment can be sent through the shop's contact page.
