Every piece that goes into a case is evaluated in person first. If you already own a watch, or you're considering one elsewhere, bring it by for an authenticity check.

Yes. The on-site bench handles movement service and restoration, case and crystal work, and battery, strap, and band replacement — for both antique and modern watches.
What if a part isn't in stock for my repair?+
Vintage and antique movements sometimes call for a sourced or fabricated part. You'll be walked through the options and timeline before any work begins.
Do I need an appointment to visit?+
Walk-ins are always welcome. For repairs, appraisals, or if you're hunting a specific reference, calling ahead helps make sure the right person is in.
