Refund Processing Time
1. Overview
Every watch, clock, and piece of jewelry sold by Hooshmand Antique Watches is inspected before it's offered for sale, and condition is described accurately at the time of purchase. This policy covers what happens if something still isn't right once a piece is in your hands.
2. Returns on watches, clocks & jewelry
Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit, provided the piece is returned in the same condition it was sold in — unworn beyond a brief try-on, with all original packaging, papers, and accessories included.
Contact the shop before sending or bringing back a piece so the return can be confirmed and arranged properly.
3. Final sale items
Some items are sold as final sale and are noted as such at the time of purchase — this typically includes pieces sold at a clearance or negotiated price, watches sold explicitly "as-is" or "for parts," and any item that has been sized, engraved, or altered at the buyer's request.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are typically processed within 10 days of approval. Shipping costs, if any were charged, are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you'd rather exchange a piece for something else in the shop, that can usually be arranged within the same 30-day window — reach out and it can be handled directly rather than processed as a separate return and purchase.
6. Repairs & service work
An estimate is provided before any repair or service work begins, and work does not start without approval. Once work has begun, deposits and completed labor are non-refundable, since parts may have been sourced or fabricated specifically for the piece.
Watches left for repair should be picked up in a reasonable time once service is complete; please contact the shop if you need more time before collecting a piece.
7. Damaged or misrepresented items
If a piece arrives damaged or doesn't match the condition it was described in, contact the shop right away. These situations are handled case by case and are not subject to the standard return window — the goal is simply to make it right.
8. How to start a return
- Reach out through the contact page with your purchase details and the reason for the return.
- You'll receive confirmation and instructions for returning the item in person or by mail.
- Once received and inspected, you'll be notified of the outcome and, if approved, the refund or exchange will be processed.
9. Contact us
